The CLHFC175 system is a high flow carbon tank that is designed to remove or reduce the chlorine, chemicals, Trihalomethanes, pesticides, herbicides, tastes and odours, from the treated town water supply.  The carbon media is a granulated activated carbon and should be replaced annually.  This system is designed to treat the whole water supply to the house and so should be fitted on the main water line.  It has a chrome lever head for manual backwashing.
