1 Micron Sediment Filter

The IH500 system is a standard housing that fits the 1SW500, a standard 20” filter.  This 1SW500 filter is a string wound purifier removing fine dirt and sediment from rainwater down to 1 micron as well as being Giardia and Cryptosporidium safe. The system is designed to cope with the flow rate of a whole house and should be fitted on the main water line to the house after the pump. In cases where the water source is high in pollen, dirt or larger organic matter, it may be necessary to add a 20 micron pre-filter to this system.
