Carbon Media

The carbon media is a granulated activated carbon that is suitable for use on both town treated (municipal) and rural water supplies.  It is used in high flow carbon tanks to remove chlorine, Trihalomethanes (THM's), (from town treated water), chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, tastes and odours.  We recommend carbon media be replaced annually.  Contact us if you are unsure of how much carbon media you require.  When refilling a carbon tank with this media, it requires a base media also.
